XMLC vs. jaxb.

Hi
I'm not sure that I really understand the power of XMLC,
Is it true to say that XMLC is to WML/cHTML/XHTML/XML is like JAXB for xml ?

I use the jaxb to generate html from xml, what can be improved by XMLC ?
