(JOB) Software Engineer

Excuse the interruption.  I've noticed a few job postings in this mail list
in the past and hope that it ok to make this posting now.  Net Assets has
been providing a hosted commercial application built around Enhydra for the
past couple of years and is looking for someone to lead our development
effort into the future.  The job description follows.  Thank you for your

Net Assets is a dynamically growing and fast-paced environment.  We are
profitable and currently focus on expansion and new product development.
Net Assets highly values a strong work ethic combined with above average
personal relationship skills.
The Software Engineer will play a vital role in the development of
middle-tier components as part of the multi-tier, scalable web services that
the company offers.  The work will include current products as well as new
ones.
All code work will be done primarily in the Java language.  The services are
fully Internet-based and understanding of how applications work across the
Internet will be a key to being successful.  A solid understanding of
structuring SQL statements will be important as well as any knowledge of the
Enhydra platform.
A B.S. degree in computer science or equivalent experience is required.
