XMLC CVS moved to ObjectWeb SF

XMLC has been moved to the ObjectWeb SF. The URL for the project is:

Also, XMLC has a new developer. Welcome Jacob Kjome.

The CVS access on cvs.enhydra.org will be disabled in a few days. If 
you have check out XMLC source, please use the above URL to get access 
to the new CVS.

If you have patched local copy of XMLC, please send me the patch. I 
will try to integrate them. There are still a couple XMLC patches I 
have received but haven't gotten around to patch XMLC.
