More than one presentation prefix path?

Hello!

is it possible to use more than one presentation prefix path? 

I want to give you some background:

We develop software on a project base. Some parts of the software should be 
the same for all customers (e.g. the user management) and so the POs have a 
different prefix like the customer specific parts.

It would be best if I can provide a list of prefixes and Enhydra uses the 
first prefix, than the second one and so on.

Possible?
