RE: dods2.3 in enhydra5.0 is the lastest version?

I'm not sure why the older version of DODS is bundled in enhydra5.0 (I'm
still using 3.1). However, the newer version of DODS does fix some
problems with using foreign keys to other tables (I can't remember the
exact issue right now), so I recommend using it, even if the graphical
interface isn't as slick.
