Out of Memory With 5.0

A while back I tried to move my Enhydra 3.1 application to Enhydra 5.0, 
and never got it working. It runs just fine, but after running for some 
time, I get an out of memory exception when I try and use my application.

I basically used the same configuration as in 3.1. Does anyone have 
suggestions on where I might start looking?
