Enhydra5.0 and DODS

I noticed that the version of DODS that comes with Enhydra5.0 is not the
same as what's in DODS' cvs repository. The one from cvs uses the merlot
editor and the Enhydra5.0 dods uses the custom gui. Are there plans to
reconcile this? For that matter, are there plans to continue development
on DODS? I just finished working on a project using JDO and I have to
say that I don't really want to use DODS anymore.
