Enhydra http headers patch

Hi.

I've made  a tiny patch  for Enhydra 3.  This patch makes  browsers do
cache all type of images, css files and javascript static files served
by Enhydra. It should be applied when Enhydra is used to serve dynamic
(presentation object)  AND static files  such as images  or javascript
(that is without an Apache server in front of Enhydra).

It was written for enhydra 3.0.1 but I extrapolated it for 3.1 and 5.0.
