could not install

I am new to Open source Software, Especially ANT. When installing Enhydra5.0 on Windows 98 there error.

Almost at the end of the installation, a console window opened (i think it is the 'configure.bat'). In that window tha following message appeared.

BUILD FAILED: Target 'apps' does not exist in this project.
