Hi Ricardo,

I ran into this issue a long time ago and what I did was modify the
HttpPresentationServlet source (ugh!) to rely on context.getRealPath() to
build the actual path. I think there's a better way (which I've not yet
looked into) which uses context.getResourceAsStream().
