spring-dwr-2.0.xsd: No include/exclude on create & convert?

Hi all,
I'm using DWR 2.0 RC2 and Spring 2.0.1.
I'm trying to get DWR/Spring integration with Spring namespaces going, but I've run into an issue:  The spring-dwr-2.0.xsd as currently published doesn't have "include" & "exclude" elements as children of the "create" & "convert" elements.  They're there for "remote", but not the others.  I've got beans with properties I don't want to expose.
Is this intentional, or an omission?  I've seen examples in other fairly recent postings that appear to make use of <dwr:include> and/or <dwr:exclude> with <dwr:convert>.
