Reason of this is in PollHandler#notifyThreadsFromSameBrowser()
I guess you have not only to notify threads to stop waiting and also
to don't create new polling requests

I think that's due to the browser imposed 2 connection limit. I've been
thinking of ways to solve this problem, but it's not easy.
