Email distribution CVS Sendmail: msg#00102java.cruise-control.user
I have always had some minor flakeyness with sending mail from CruiseControl. These mail problems maybe due to poor configuration of Sendmail or CruiseControl. We have a new machine for CruiseControl so I spent sometime configuring, and troubleshooting Sendmail. I learned that I needed to configure the generics table in Sendmail to deal with the FROM address. Now emails come FROM the proper domain and not the FQDN of the machine. However the TO: address still shows up as user@FQDN instead of user@FQDN. On the CVS side I have configured CVSROOT/users. I have also configured /etc/aliases. Where does CruiseControl get its email addresses from? How can I get CruiseControl to only send one email, such as a build distribution list?
