CC Build Queue Behavior

Hi there,

I have noticed in my log file that when CC wakes up to try and build a
project, it repeats the same action for about 45 seconds when the project
has no modifications to be built. I was wondering if this is normal behavior
or I have something amiss in my config.xml. I have included a sample of the
log file with the pertinent lines of info.

Any insight would be appreciated.
