What should be the values for cvs.package and cvs.repository

Hi,
   I am new to use cruisecontrol and i need to get the sources from the
CVS. I see the following lines in the cvs-build.xml in the helloworld
sample file :

    <property name="cvs.repository" value="REPLACE WITH CVS REPOSITORY"
/>
    <property name="cvs.package" value="REPLACE WITH CVS PACKAGE"/>

What should be the appropriate values for these values.

Note : The CVS Server i am trying to access is hosted on a NT box.
