Summary: Problem with "Whitespace Around"
Initial Comment:
This test generates false positives on constructs like Foo<?>, complaining that
there is no whitespace around "?". First, I suspected that it mistakenly sees
"?" as the "?"-operator, but switching of the "?"-operator token does not help
either.
