Summary: PackageHtml should also accept package-info.java
Initial Comment:
As of Java 1.5 the package.html file has been deprecated in favor of a
package-info.java file.
It would be nice if the PackageHtml check would also allow package-info.java,
or would be configurable for either one or both.
