Hello, that's my question about generics.
The code:
private ArrayList < String > ls = new ArrayList < String >();
fails the checkstyle because "Whitespace Around: '>' is not followed by
whitespace."
If I add the whitespace
private ArrayList < String > ls = new ArrayList < String > ();
fails the checkstyle because "Method Parameter Pad: '(' is preceded with
whitespace."
Exists a solution?
