You might want to have a look at QALab (qalab.sourceforge.net), they seem
to aggregate checkstyle output over time and build trend reports, etc. I
haven't used that tool personally, though.

No, this is *way* beyond what Checkstyle can do. It is designed to run
from scratch everytime.
