Hi,
Has anybody found out a way of weaving
aspects without restarting the vm? The team is very keen on our tracing
aspects, but they always seem to want more! Our product is supposed to
be extremely high availability so we probably would only be able to restart
it under extreme circumstances.
The only strategy I can think of is
to somehow flush the class cache for the vm so that it has to go through
the class loader for the next class access, but I wouldn't know where to
start with this one.
Thanks for any hints, but I realize
I am being incredibly hopeful on this one!
Cheers
- Ashley
