My best guess is:

- some wouldn't do it, no matter how simple it was
- some don't know the options they have, or at least have never tried them

Of all the people complaining, who has actually ever *tried* using 
SuperDuper?ÂIf you dismiss that option out of hand, you don't really have 
a leg to stand on (mixing my metaphors there a bit I guess). Mac OS is 
*different* from Windows, otherwise it would *be* Windows. When you travel 
abroad, do you expect everybody to speak your language? Some flexibility is 
required if you move between worlds ...
