What I am looking for is a WYSIWYG tool (not necesarilly an IDE) that I can
use with Velocity.

I use Eclipse with the Velocity plugin as well; great stuff! But, as I am
doing a project with a web designer who does webpage stuff in Dreamweaver at
least ten times faster than I do it in Eclipse (I am more of a coder
anyway), it would be great to be able to have this guy use his fav tooling
without constantly switching from one tool to the other.
