[ANN] vDoclet-20021128 released

Version 20021128 of vDoclet has been released, and is available at

    http://vdoclet.sourceforge.net/

vDoclet is a Java code-generation framework. It takes Java source-code,
annotated with custom Javadoc tags, and uses Velocity templates to produce
a number of output files.

Changes
-------

The major change since the last release (20020711) is the integration of
QDox (http://qdox.sourceforge.net) to replace the standard Javadoc parser;
vDoclet is no longer a doclet, as such.  QDox is faster and less chatty,
tasty and less fattening.

There have been various other minor enhancements, bug-fixes and gratuitous
changes; see the "NEWS.txt" file for details.
