RE: unable to fin VM_global_library.vm

had the same problem, but I was playing with velocity 1.4-dev,it went
away when I switched back to version 1.3.1-rc1. I never discovered the
cause.

Anyone knows the reason for this :

[ERROR]  ResourceManager : unable to find resource
'VM_global_library.vm'
in any resource loader.

I looked everywhere and can't find anything about it.
