[NEWUSER] missing files ?

Hi, 

i want to use Torque with Ant.
So i downloaded all from the download-page,
but i think some files are missing.
The torque-gen-3.1.1.zip only includes
the docs & lib directory, and the licence & 
torque-gen-3.1.1.jar file.
So no property files or schema & template directory.
But if i understand the user guide, these files
are needed for using Torque.
What should i do next?
