Makefile suggestion for "install" target

Hi,

Hereby a patch proposal for the iscsitarget Makefile:

-  Split the "install" target into "install-mods" and "install-progs",
   to be able to install only the kernel or user part, which is useful
   for building all kinds of RPM packages with kernel modules, with or
   without the user part.

   The new "install" target now refers to the two new targets for
   backwards compatibility.

-  Change "depmod" to "/sbin/depmod".
