i did as the ibm folks wanted to see the capture when
im running perf tests.  im using a gig nic on the ibm
machine as well and get about 1-2mb/sec.  using
fasteth on hpux, freebsd (its has a working ini!!!!!),
linux, i can get 9-11mb/sec.  something is quite odd
with aix.  it works, however the perf isnt close to
what many of the other ini's ive used even with higher
settings in ietd.conf. 


aaarrrggghhh!!!!
