Well...what can I say...That fixed it!
Run 2 times bonnie++ and both were ok. Previously it always failed.
The exact timing was hard to reproduce, but in the end I always got
oom_kill to kill
something. Not it's ok.
What is the default value for QueuedCommands? Is it far more than 4?
Unlimited?
Or do I here see side effects of usb-storage and iet?
Should not everyone experience oom_kill? Or only those with few MBs RAM and
slow disks and high concurrent traffic?
Harald
PS: I'm using 0.4.11. Completely forgot to write that in my previous mail.
