IIRC, setting a SCSI ID for your volume should be sufficient:
Target iqn.1999-09.com.example:foo
Lun 0 Path=/dev/hdc,Type=fileio,ScsiId=$SCSI_ID
Target iqn.1999-09.com.example:bar
Lun 1 Path=/dev/hdc,Type=fileio,ScsiId=$SCSI_ID
$SCSI_ID must not be longer than 16 chars.
