mp4 tagger thread is near the top (for the tagger)
as is wav->aac with quicktime (for the vbs script)

why php? because the first useful code for parsing QT tags I found was in
php. and it's always fun to learn a new language. www.php.net has a
command line executable as part of the windows distribution.

fwiw, bitrate and songlength seem very easy to read from mp4 files. i trust
joe will fix this in the next release.
