Nero 6 released.. And boy is it incompatible. :(

Basically Nero 6 which is (probably) the best (most useful, quicktime is
a little better quality wise but doesnt allow batch encoding whith makes
it useless) is out. Check out www.ahead.de

There are quite a few problems with ephpod though:

1/ Ephpod Doesn't use the mp4 tags properly.. I've looked into it a bit
and the nero tags are written correctly, they just don't contain all
-optional- information like comments normalisation stuff etc.

2/ Nero writes .mp4, ephpod only likes .m4a - simple fix by either
renaming, but simpler by letting ephpod look for .mp4 as well.

3/ Since nero does VBR the system to calculate filesize from bitrate
isn't accurate anymore, causing all kinds of strange behaviour.

Poor Joe.. more work :( It is appreciated, don't forget.

Incidentally do NOT use Nero's HE encoding for files on your ipod. I
hear the files DO play, but the ipod only uses half the data actually in
the file. End result while listening to the pod is much worse than LC mode.
