ME version vs. XP version.

I'm currently running ME.  I haven't had the chance to upgrade to XP yet,
and didn't know what the major difference is between the two versions of
Ephpod.  What could possibly go wrong with installing the XP version on an
ME machine?  Are any of you running the latest version on ME without
problems?

What could/does happen?
