I know that Fatal exceptions in 0E are notoriously difficult to track down and are often caused by bad RAM. <http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;en-us;138788> Do you have any other RAM you can swap in to test and see if that is the problem? Alternately, you could run the PRIME95 program, which is a good stress test for your computer. It will tell you if your RAM is bad (you should let it run for several hours if possible).
