Synchronizing iPod from two different computers

Does ephpod support the ability to synchronize from two different
computers? Here is my situation...
 
At home, I have about 5GB of music on my personal computer. I regularly
sync it with ephpod and everything works great.
 
At work, I use Total Recorder to record NPR and other shows and save
them as MP3 files. Generally, I record about 150MB of MP3s this way per
day. While at work, I do not have access to the 5GBs of music on my
personal computer at home.
 
Is there a way to "add" the radio MP3 files I recorded at work to my
iPod while I am at work without affecting the music that is already
present on the iPod?
