Gaps between tunes: msg#00010ipod.ephpod
Anyone know if its possible to eliminate the song gaps between tracks on an IPOD? I listen to live music and the shows are usually broken up into song tracks, and the song gaps are quite regretable (and with a 20 minute buffer, quite avoidable too, I suppose). The alternative is to combine them into one 90+ minute mp3 file and the word is that playing very long mp3 files increases battery consumption (again despite the massive 20 minute skip buffer). Anyone want to venture a guess as whether this might no longer be the case with the new power management in firmware 1.2.6 ? Cult: (n) a small, unpopular religion.
