Job Type: Permanent Placement 

Job Functions: Work as part of a team supporting a commercial 
software product. Under general direction, provide both technical and 
application support on the phone and via email. Must have excellent 
customer service skills. Demonstrate ability to recognize and react 
to situations with a sense of urgency. Maintain call and problem 
resolution logs. Find problems, suggest solutions and then code, test 
and implement the solution.

Job Skills: 
?1+ year TSQL and/or ColdFusion experience 
?Code troubleshooting experience
?Excellent verbal and written communication
