Lotus Domino/Notes Administrator

My name is Aaron Green and I am trying to become a Lotus Notes 
Administrator. I have been in the Windows environment for six years 
now and I am looking to change over to the Lotus Domino/ Notes side of 
things. Is there anyone who would be able to point me in the right 
direction. I am currently trying to teach myself through various VM 
Ware sessions running a Domino Server as well as multiple Notes 
clients, and it is a little difficult to do if I am not applying this 
is a real world environment. 

If there is anyone out there who could help me find a position as a 
Lotus Notes Administrator, I would be very greatful!
