INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER

seeking an IT Manager who will be responsible for implementing, supporting
and maintaining all IT functions for the company.  You will also work
pro-actively with the management team to identify and recommend
cost-effective technology solutions to support our business goals.  

 

Responsibilities include:

 

Manage all IT infrastructure & operations including:

.         Software, hardware and firmware installation and maintenance

.         System configuration management, tracking, and backup

.         Data base configuration and management 

.         System monitoring, security risk assessment and disaster recovery
planning

Establish and maintain best practices for the operation and extension of
infrastructure systems, networks and applications

 

Ensure IT compliance with all regulatory requirements

 

Our ideal candidate:

.         Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or
related field.  MSCE certification a plus.

.         5+ years hands-on management experience in IT

.         In-depth knowledge of current network and PC operating systems,
hardware, protocols, and standards

.         Strong analytical skills

.         Demonstrated project management skills

.         Proficiency with the following technologies:

MS Server, Exchange, Office

Unix and MS web servers

LAN/VPN/Firewall

Network engineering and security

MS SQL/MySQL data bases

Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS

VoIP phone systems
