Looking for Graphics Masters for banners, images, website templates, flash, vodcasts, etc.

Looking for someone creative and very good who can work with little
direction and come up with great work.  

 

Please be very good at what you do and have references and sample work.

 

No third parties at all

 

NO phone calls at all.

Work from home is fine.  

 

Local would be better.
