Full-Time SEO Specialist Needed

Contact Designs (http://www.contactdesigns.com) is seeking a talented 
search engine marketing specialist with 2+ years experience. Candidate 
must be an independent self-starter with the ability to work in a team 
environment. Must have excellent work ethic and attitude, and be able to 
complete projects under deadlines.  The ideal candidate will have 
experience in optimizing web pages for the top search engines as well as 
a firm grasp on search engine trends.

Salary: Up to $50,000 DOE (plus full health and dental benefits)
Hours: 40-50/week
Location: North Scottsdale - right off the 101 and Raintree Dr.

Requirements:

    * Can hand-code HTML/CSS
    * Customize Internet marketing strategies for individual clients
      based on their budgets and goals.
    * Confidently present campaign results and tactical change
      recommendations to clients.
    * Experienced in online keyword research and analysis.
    * Develop, manage and optimize keyword lists, copy, and bid
      management for online search engine marketing, including Google Ad
      Words, Yahoo Search Marketing, etc.
    * Identify and implement improvements to sites that result in higher
      natural search listings.
    * Perform site analysis and document tactics to enhance client
      presence in search results.
    * Optimize various site components including copy, page
      title/descriptions, site architecture, filenames, etc.
    * Responsible for reporting overall SEO program(s) success with
      regard to URL ranking changes, traffic changes, etc.
    * Responsible for reviewing client data & reports regularly and
      optimizing poor performing listings.
    * Use SEO knowledge and research to recommend new SEO strategies to
      management.
