  This position is responsible for designing and developing computer-based 
training programs for a variety of training products across the organization
            
   
Job Requirements 
  Very strong skill level in the most current version of ?ACTIONSCRIPTING.?
 
  Proficient in Macromedia Products (Flash, Dreamweaver), JavaScripting, HTML, 
XML, JSP and Access
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent/ 
training
At least 2 years experience applying instructional design to computer-based 
training, preferred
Fundamental knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies, 
preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and efficiently 
Basic understanding of airline operation, preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills; highly approachable and professional at all times
