Job description: 

You will be an integral part of our company's IT group. Your primary job
responsibility will be for the development of the company's intranet portal
which includes many data entry screens and reports. While you will have to
maintain an existing code base, there is still much new development needed.
The developer will be responsible for coding and testing all software as
well as writing all user manuals related to that software. The developer
will also gather user requirements from many of the company's 150 employees
located across the United States in any of our 30 offices. Secondary duties
include helping support the current IT architecture of the company: PC
support, printer support, Exchange, Anti-Virus policies, VPN connectivity,
network backups, etc.

Qualifications:
* 3-5 years application development using the .NET platform, string C# and
ASP.NET skills
* SQL Server 2000 and above
* Be an independent worker. You'll become the owner and champion of all
software projects
* Must work well in groups and communicate in a professional manner with
users locally and remotely
* Experience gathering user requirements
* Must demonstrate the ability to learn new skills quickly and
independently.
* A high degree of motivation and enthusiasm.
