Position:

Assembly Technician, Medical Devices, Part to Full Time, Temporary to
Permanent Position





Description:

Tempe Arizona engineering services company is seeking an experienced
assembly technician with Medical Device experience to enhance our
growing medical device R&D team.   The position offers a competitive
wages and challenging projects with a flexible and positive work
environment.




Duties:

- Assembly of medical devices for investigational use
- Perform device verification testing and process documentation
- Contribute to process development and documentation
-  Maintain inventory and facilities documentation
-  Maintain Device History Record for products built and tested





Requirements:

Applicants MUST posses the following:
- Direct experience with assembly of small mechanical devices
- Experience complying with ISO-type quality control systems
- Able to read and understand technical drawings and assembly
instructions

- Ability to interpret test data and identify non-conforming product

- Familiarity with various mechanical and electrical test equipment



Applicants SHOULD posses the majority of the following:
- Familiarity with manufacturing  methods used in the medical device
industry
- Comfortable working as part of fast-paced product development team
- High energy level with a desire to always learn more
- Good at multi-tasking and juggling multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
