EXCEPTIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE CONSULTANT NEEDED!

Successful growing company in Phoenix is seeking an experienced 
Infrastructure Consultant to join their team on a contract to hire 
basis. Our client is seeking an experience professional with the 
following skills:

Seeking an experienced technologist to join our client's growing 
Phoenix-based professional services team. The ideal candidate will 
possess both broad and deep technical knowledge, including expertise 
with one or more of the following:  Microsoft directory and 
messaging products, VMware ESX, Unix/Linux (HP-UX, SUSE, Red Hat), 
fiber-channel and/or iSCSI SAN, and data networking.  

The role will be primarily focused on delivering technology 
solutions, but will also be involved as part of the sales process 
and will work very closely with account executives and other 
consultants.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

·       Delivery of professional services to support solutions, both 
independently and as part of a project team.
·       Assist with proposal development and writing statements of 
work.
·       Maintain technical expertise and vendor certifications, 
through paid training, self study and hands-on lab experience.

Minimum Qualifications

        Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  

·       Minimum 3-5 years working in enterprise technology 
environments ? outside or inside consulting experience preferred.
·       Design, implementation and management knowledge of 
enterprise Microsoft products, especially Active Directory and 
Exchange.
·       Should have production experience with VMware enterprise 
products: ESX, Virtual Center, VMotion, and P2V.
·       Should have experience with HP server and storage 
technologies, especially blade servers and EVA storage arrays.
·       Production experience with other server and storage products 
(e.g. IBM, EMC, Network Appliance) desirable.
·       Should have some familiarity with network protocols/services 
and network infrastructure devices.
·       Should have experience working within a variety of 
industries and environments and on large scale design and 
implementation projects.
·       Must have excellent customer relations, communication and 
presentation skills.
·       Must have the ability to recognize a customer's business 
needs, and to translate them into a technology solution.
·       Ability and willingness to motivate and support other 
consultants
·       Resilience and resourcefulness when solving complex problems
·       Ability to work in both as a team member and a self-directed 
mode as project opportunities dictate.

        Education or Formal Training:

·       BS in a technical discipline or relevant equivalent 
experience.
·       Microsoft MCSE, VMware VCP, HP and other vendor sales and 
technical certifications desirable.
