Job Functions: Seeking a seasoned Business Analyst. Responsibilities 
include: creation of the project scope documents, identifying and 
documenting business system requirements, developing functional 
system design documents, creation of UML-based functional system 
requirements, developing screen and report prototypes, development of 
test plans and test cases, and creation of user documentation. 
 
Job Skills: 
?3+ years utilizing UML tools
?5+ years business analyst experience
?Mainframe environment experience preferred
?Business knowledge of customer account management, billing, 
metering, and/or credit and collections is desired.
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills
