FT IT Architect (J2EE) position in Scottsdale

This position serves as the subject matter expert and the overall architect 
for web/infrastructure development at the enterprise level

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Experience with Java, J2EE, Websphere, HTML, XML, Struts, Javascript, Junit, 
and working knowledge of Oracle or another RDBMS
* Coordinates with users and internal It business analysts to determine 
requirements
* Establishes and communicates common goal and direction for the team.
* Project management methodologies 
* Acts as a resource for setting training and guidance for less experienced 
staff
