Ruby on Rails Developers needed

LeapLab is looking for a team of passionate developers to spearhead a new,
cutting edge Web 2.0 development project.  If you thrive in a fast paced,

We think you have:

.         3+ years experience developing commercial web applications.

.         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

.         Hands-on development experience using Ruby on Rails.

.         Strong background in OO design, MVC and data base driven
application development.

.         Demonstrated experience with CSS, PHP, XML and AJAX. 

.         Web 2.0 - Experience programming advanced applications combining
blogs, wikis, RIA/AJAX, podcasting, and other capabilities.
