SEO Expert Needed

PTE Real Estate Group is an investment company focusing on home
acquisitions from prospective sellers. Our contacts throughout the

growth of our company. Currently we are in need of an SEO Expert.

SEO Expert - Phoenix, Arizona - Responsibilities: Leading and developing
web marketing campaigns consisting of: SEO organic, page building, blog
developing, pay per click advertising, banner ads and all other forms of
web marketing.

*Manage, plan, and implement online, search and eMail marketing lead
generation efforts, including the management of external lead vendors
and agencies.

*Interact with outside agencies and lead vendors regarding creative and
copy updates, accreditation compliance, online advertising, lead
generation and performance.

*Develop, manage and optimize keyword lists, copy, and bid management
for online search engine marketing, including Google Ad Words, Yahoo
Search Marketing, etc.

*Manage and support the creation, production, maintenance and reporting
of email marketing campaigns internally and with outside agencies.

*Work closely with Executive Team to develop and coordinate online
creative and copy, including banner creative, sponsorship promotions,
e-mail marketing, and corporate web site / micro site updates.

*Coordinate, develop and manage micro sites and online tracking codes to
support online advertising and offline (TV, Radio, Print, Direct Mail,
Etc.) media tracking.

*Facilitate and implement new online lead generation to support company
growth, including the review and development of agreements / insertion
orders.

*Assist with the development of interactive marketing plans and
recommendations to support company growth.

*Generate and analyze campaign performance reports.

*Communicate marketing results, insights, and best practices to relevant
stakeholders.

*Manage, record, report, and reconcile interactive media buys and
production.

*Handle billing and tracking of interactive media costs and payments.

*Work with corporate wide teams on various projects as assigned. 

Skills / Requirements:

*Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the area of Internet
Marketing/Web Development or related area and at least 3 to 4 years of
online marketing/web development experience in a corporate setting.

*Ability to work in a collaborative group setting with internal and
external customers to resolve issues, develops ideas, and answer
questions.

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the
ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.

*Understanding of online industry terminology internet marketing
strategies, search engine marketing, online promotions, creative, and
email marketing.

*Online and/or offline media buying and placement experience with
various media types.

*Solid analytical and reporting capabilities.

*Ability to leverage industry knowledge and statistical information to
negotiate buys.

*Knowledge of budget processes.

*Good presentation and team working skills.

*Must be ROI focused.

*Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft office applications.

*Knowledge of Google Ad Words, Yahoo Search Marketing applications,
Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Photoshop, HTML, FLASH, Etc. 

*Expertise in designing, architecting, developing and implementing
cutting-edge Microsoft .NET solutions.

*Proficiency in web and graphic design. Proficient in ASP.NET, ASP and
MS SQL Server. Experience also preferred in ActionScript, JavaScript,
AJAX, XML, WSDL, SOAP and network security.

*Web server maintenance or QA experience is also a plus.
