a new platform for delivering Relocation Services, the Global Services
Platform (GSP). Development of web services for GSP in C#. Moved to
Data Assets team to work on integration of GSP with legacy systems via
BizTalk 2004. Development in BizTalk utilizing orchestrations,
mapping, functoids, pipelines and scripting. Managed contractors
assigned to integration. Continuing to develop system. New design
and development commencing for Real Estate to come under the GSP
project. Analysis, design and coding for upgrade to BizTalk 2006 and
SQL Server 2005.

* Development of transaction and customer service application for
major dental and pharmaceutical companies. Mentoring of junior
programmers. Import of ANSI 834 and 835 EDI files. This includes the
application adjudication engine, which approves, rejects or pends each
claim, averaging 10 claims per second. Utilizes VB 6.0, SQL 7.0 and
2000, HTML, DHTML, VBScript, and ASP. Application is expected to be
the new standard for dental claims processing. Client-side data entry
checks were coded for the front end. All main processing was done in
SQL procedures and triggers. Database numbered over 225 tables, with
over 2200 stored procedures. Indexes were examined and evaluated
for efficiency and speed, as well as ease of maintenance. Queries
were traced using SQL 2000 tools, to show where bottlenecks would
occur. Extensive query optimization was required due to the large
size of the tables, which were to be used in real-time adjudication
procedures. All processing was to take into account HIPAA regulations.
