SMS Deployment and Infrastructure Engineer

Bensinger Consulting is seeking an SMS Infrastructure Engineers and Deployment 
Engineer who will be responsible for building out SMS Infrastructure, 
installing SQL/SMS and configuring SQL database to firms engineering standards. 
Will be responsible for SMS site assignment, assigning proper FQDN, SPNs to 
ensure proper communication within Active Directory. Troubleshooting 
infrastructure related problems, SQL database problems, database backup and 
restores, creating Packages, Collections, Advertisements needed for SDMT 
projects. Work on Reporting server and create/distribute both OnDemand and 
Adhoc SMS Depoyment reports needed for projects. Work with Network and Active 
Directory teams to make sure SMS Instrastructure issues are resolved quickly.

Must have expert level Microsoft SMS skills. Need to understand multi-tiered 
SMS Infrastructure, SQL 2000, SQL database backups/restores, SMS replication, 
Advance Security Mode, WBEM/WMI, Security Model Automation, VBScripting, HTML, 
Javascript. (prefer VB.net or some other complex scripting language). Need to 
understand how to apply automation within SMS - eliminate the need for 
repetative, manual instensive tasks.

Must be strong in Microsoft Active Directory and how SMS interacts with Active 
Directory, FQDN, SPNs, Domain Search Lists, User Group replication. Need to 
understand how to use SMS to deliver products out to the desktop and have 
experience in resolving deployment related issues, and have extensive desktop 
experience.

SMS Application package creation and deployment experience is a big plus and 
has the possabilty of exteneding the contract.  
 
This will be a onsite contract position in Chandler AZ.
